MOET was born in Shimane Prefecture, Japan. Upon completing high school in 2007 she came to America to further her education. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA degree in Art. During this time she began to participate in activities and competing events involving graphic design, painting and especially chalk art, which she excels in.
It has been about 6 years since she starts chalk painting. She now tries to attend the chalk art events as many as she can to share the art with everyone.
